端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷的合成与表征

摘    要:比较了用于合成端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷的3种催化体系:四氯化锡、四氯化锡/三氯乙酸共催化体系、四氯化锡/三氟乙酸共催化体系,结果表明四氯化锡/三氟乙酸共催化剂能够有效减少环状齐聚物的生成,提高产物官能度。通过IR1、H-NMR和13C-NMR对产物进行了表征,并讨论了三氟乙酸在催化体系中的作用。

Abstract:Three catalyst systems,such as stannic chloride,stannic chloride/trifuoroacetic acid and stannic chloride/trichloroacetic acid,were used to synthesize the hydroxyl terminated polyepichlorohydrin.The stannic chloride/trifuoroacetic acid was found to be the most effective catalyst system among the three kinds of catalyst systems.IR,~1H-NMR and ~(13)C-NMR were used to characterize the hydroxyl terminated polyepichlorohydrin and the trifuoroacetic acid useful in this system was discussed.
