Research on dam breach modeling in extreme flood processes

By field tests and laboratory experiments, huge amount data were collected which was basis for further model- ing research. Benchmark tests of current models were carried out and the researchers compared their performances. At last, the paper presented the main findings and recommendations for users, for better use of the models.
