金河水电站压力钢管制作与安装

摘    要:金河水电站所处的西藏高寒、缺氧、气压低、温差大的环境,对压力钢管的制作、焊接、安装等都有不利的影响。由于压力钢管的制作、安装严格按照各道工序和工艺进行,保证了质量。经质量评定,174个单元工程全部合格,其中优良单元148个,优良率为85%,评定工程质量为优良。

Abstract:Jinhe Hydropower Station is located in Tibet where it is cold, shortag e of oxygen, lower air pressure and big temperature difference, so it has brough t disadvantages to the manufacturing, welding and installation of penstocks. But the quality control is guaranteed since all the process of manufacturing and in stallation has been undertaken abiding by working procedure and techniques stric tly. In quality assessment, all 174 elements of the project are good, 148 of the m are excellent. Therefore the excellent rate reaches up to 85% and the whole pr oject has been evaluated as excellent.
