基于AT89S51的数控直流稳压电源设计

摘    要:为了实现直流稳压电源输出电压的数控调节,采用单片机AT89S51设计实现了稳压电源的调节。电源控制电路采用AT89S51为核心,设计了D/A转换、比较放大、电压调节及系统电源整等硬件电路。设计的数控电源具有使用简介、响应快、稳定性好、效率高及过流保护等优点。经实验测试,输出电压0~18V可调,步进值为0.05V,误差小于0.1%,输出电压调整率为0.05%。

Abstract:In order to achieve DC regulated power supply output voltage NC adjusting,using single-chip AT89S51 design for the regulation of regulated power supply and using AT89S51 as the core, power control circuit designs the d/a conver- sion,amplification,the voltage regulator and system hardware such as power circuit. There are many advantages of a brief,quick response, good stability, high efficiency and over current protection for designed numerical control power. Tested by an experiment,it has adjustable output voltage 0h 18 V, stepping value as 0.05V, the error as less than 0. 1%, the adjustment rate of output voltage as 0.05%.
