蒙脱石基无机高分子混凝剂处理印染废水的研究

摘    要:采用天然蒙脱石制备的PMT混凝荆,对去除分散和活性染料废水中的TOC、色度等进行了实验考察,并与常规无机高分子混凝剂作了对比,最后与有机脱色剂联用处理了印染废水。实验结果表明,PMT处理染料废水的多项指标优于无机高分子混凝剂,若再与有机脱色剂联用效果更佳。该技术在印染废水的环保治理中有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:PMT coagulant is made from montmorillonite and is apply to the removal TOC and chroma of disperse and reactive dyeing waste water, then compare it with common inorganic polymeric coagulant. lastly the dyeing waste water are treated by PMT with polyelectrolyte. The result show that many target of PMT are superior to common inorganic polymeric coagulant in treating the dyeing waste water. It can get better effect when use PMT and polyelectrolyte at the same time. It can accelerate the application of environment protection by means of treating dyeing waste water.
