四川七化建化工工程有限公司自主研发了7kt／a五氧化二磷生产新工艺，其特点是自动压磷，并回收利用了热能。介绍该工艺的生产过程、产品质量指标，以及试产运行情况。72h试产情况表明，产量超出设计能力的15％左右；产品质量达标，w（P2O5）稳定在98．11％～98-36％；回收化学热能产蒸汽量3．77t，h，年节约标煤2590t。

7 kt/a phosphorus pentoxide production plant

A new process of 7 kt/a phosphorus pentoxide production is developed by Sichuan Chem. Engg. No.7 Construction Co., Ltd., its characteristics are automatic phosphorus melting and heat recovery. The production, product quality index, test running are introduced. The 72 h pilot production shows that the capacity is 115% of designed capacity, the product quality meets the standard requirements with the P2Os mass fraction of 98.11%-98.36%, about 3.77 t/h steam can be produced by heat recovery, 2.59 kt standard coal is saved per year.
