结晶Ⅱ型高聚合度聚磷酸铵的合成及表征

摘    要:研究在高压条件下以磷酸-铵和缩合剂三聚氰胺为原料生产聚磷酸铵(APP)的合成工艺条件,制备了平均聚合度为580的聚磷酸铵(APP—Ⅱ)。结果表明,n(三聚氰胺)抗(磷酸-铵)=1、反应温度280℃、反应时间90min、反应压力100MPa、热处理温度250℃、热处理时间120min、湿氨气反应气氛为制备结晶Ⅱ型高聚合度的聚磷酸铵阻燃剂的最佳工艺条件。合成的产品通过IR、XRD分析与商业APP—Ⅱ进行了对比,两者在结构与晶型上一致。

Abstract:The synthesis conditions of APP-Ⅱ with monoammonium phosphate and condensing agent melamine as the raw materials at high pressure is studied, the APP-Ⅱ product with the average degree of polymerization of 580 is produced. The results show that the optimum polymerization conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate to melamine of 1, reaction temperature of 280 ~C, reaction time of 90 rain, the reaction pressure of 100 MPa, the heat treatment temperature of 250 ℃, heat treatment time of 120 min, with the wet ammonia reaction atmosphere. The FT-IR and XRD spectra of synthesis product are compared with those of commercial APP-Ⅱ.
