全自动生化进样系统的设计

摘    要:医疗检测过程中,传统的人工检测方法效率低、主观误差大、成本高.针对人工检测的缺陷以及生化分析系统高精度、小型化的需求,自主研发了一种全自动生化进样系统.该系统在机械结构上兼具移液和取退吸头的功能,在控制方法上优化了执行机构的控制算法.首先,为满足自动进样系统的实际需求,设计了整个系统的结构和以STM32控制芯片为核心的控制系统;其次,通过论证步进电机的控制算法,决定采用S型曲线控制算法,并对其进行优化和实现,从而提高了系统的控制精度和速度;最后,为进一步提高系统的鲁棒性,对试验数据进行整理和分析,得到了系统的误差补偿曲线和校正方法.结果表明改进后的系统拥有更高的进样精度,满足了更广泛的实际需求,对医疗器械的研发具有指导意义.

Design of full automatic biochemical sampling system
Abstract:In the process of medical examination,the traditional manual detection method has the characteristics of low efficiency,high subj ective error and high cost.According to the defects of artificial detection and the requirements of biochemical analysis system with high precision and miniaturization,a full automatic biochemical sampling system was developed.In the mechanical structure,the system had the functions of moving the liquid and taking and withdrawing the suc-tion head.In the control method,the actuator control algorithm was optimized.Firstly,the whole system structure was designed and the control system based on the STM32 control chip was completed to meet the actual needs of the automatic sampling system.Secondly,by demon-strating the stepper motor control algorithm,the S type curve control algorithm was used,and the algorithm was optimized and implemented,thus,the control accuracy and speed was im-proved.Finally,in order to further improve the robustness of the system,we collated and ana-lyzed the experimental data,and got the system error compensation curve and the method of cor-rection.The results show that the improved system has higher accuracy of sampling,meets the actual needs more extensively,and has guiding significance for the development of medical devices.
