| 摘 要： | 本文使用了两种方法来改进已有的H.264的比特率控制算法。一是使用了PSNR作为另一个评估帧的复杂度的参考量,再和已有的MAD相结合,达到更好的评估帧的复杂度的目的。二是采用了另一种R-Q曲线模型以得到更精确的I帧目标比特。实验证明,该方法在提高码率控制效果的同时,图像视觉质量也有一定提高。

| Abstract: | This paper presents two enhancement to the frame layer buffer status-based H.264 rate control method. The first enhance-ment is by using a PSNR-based frame complexity estimation together with the existing mean absolute differenct based (MAD-based)complexity measure. The second enhancement is by using a new R-Q model in the complexity estimation of I frame.The simulationresults show that using the proposed method , better visual and bit rate can achieve than that of the existing H.264 JVT rate controlmethod (JVT_G012). |
