| Abstract: | In this paper,composition design of the steel plate and its properties at room temperature and low temperature,including heat treatment,structure and welding properties are approached based on lots of tests and comparing with the same kinds of steel plates.As a result,the feasibility that the steel plate is applied to hydroturbine is defined. |
