法制方略的党建启示

法治方略作为一种国家治理模式，对于党的建设具有可贵的启迪意义：法治必须以良法的创制为前提，党的建设也首先在于确立一种好的制度；法治具有普遍适用性，在党规党纪面前，全体党员也应该一律平等；法律以权利为本位，同样，党的制度建设也应该以广大人民群众的根本利益为价值依归。这种从法治方略的实施中所得到的对于党建工作的有益启示，应该成为中国共产党人自觉的价值追求。

Englightments of the Party Building Ruled by Law

It's generally agreed upon that ruling by law is one of important modes to run country.It's valuable to party building.Firstly,ruling by law is based on good law and the building of the Party is confirmed under a fine system;The second,the law must be available broadly that all communists have equality before the Party's discipline.Thirdly,regarding rights highly is pursued in the law , which also shows that constituting of the Party system should be based on the majority of the people . the enlightenments to party building are very valuable and all communists should pvrsue it actively .
