摘    要:某抽水蓄能机组在整组启动试运行时导轴承摆度偏大,分析发现转子质量失衡引起的不平衡力是该机组机械振动的主要激振源之一。将时域-频谱与不卸试重块的影响系数相结合的分析方法应用于该机组转子动平衡试验中,结果表明该方法具有判断失重角相位精度高、不用卸试重块及启机次数少等优点,为抽水蓄能机组转子动平衡研究提供了新思路。

Rotor Dynamic Balance of A Certain 250 MW Pumped Storage Power Unit
Abstract:The guide bearing swing of one pumped storage power unit was larger during the unit complete start up test, and it found that the unbalance force caused by mass imbalance of rotor was one of the main mechanical vibration sources. The combination analysis method of time domain spectrum and the influencing coefficient without unloading heavy was applied in dynamic balance test. The results show that this method had advantages of high precision for judging the weightlessness angle phase, not unloading heavy and less starting, which provided a new idea for dynamic balance study of pumped storage power unit rotor.
