摘    要:为了提高供水效率和运行管理水平,针对国内外关于供水管道系统漏损控制方面的现状,从管网故障监测技术及设备、泄漏定位模型方法、信号辨识与算法寻优、健康维护和智能管理等视角梳理了管道系统泄漏监测与漏损控制技术的进展及存在的主要问题,分析了各检测方法用于管网泄漏问题的适用性。在此基础上,从实用角度提出了管网漏损控制值得解决的关键问题和方向如下:(1)针对漏损的监测和预警,应研究面向漏损监控的管网网络组建优化布置及快速预警技术;(2)针对小泄漏的定位模型,应研究管网漏损区域辨识与基于水力反问题分析的主动检测理论和方法;(3)针对检测设备研制,应重点研发基于探地雷达、光纤传感和内窥机器人等新技术的关键设备;(4)针对管网健康维护和智能管理,应研究复杂管网独立计量区域划分方法及管网健康评价和优化维护技术。

Abstract:In order to enhance both the water supply efficiency and operation management level,the advance of the technique of the leakage monitoring and control of pipeline system and the major problems therein are sorted out from the aspects of the technique and equipment for fault monitoring of pipeline network,the method of leakage positioning model,signal identification and algorithm optimization,health maintenance and intelligent management,etc. for the statuses of the leakage control of water supply pipeline systems at home and abroad,and then the applicabilities of all the methods to detect leakage of pipeline network are analyzed as well. On the basis of this,the key problems those are worth to be solved for the leakage control of the pipeline network and the relevant tendencies are put forward from the perspective of practicality as followings: ( 1) for the monitoring and early-warning of the leakage,the leakage monitoring and control-oriented optimal layout for the network formation of pipeline network and the relevant quick early-warning technique are necessary to be studied; ( 2) for the small leakage positioning model, the identification of leakage region and the analysis of inverse problem of hydraulics-based active detection theory and method are necessary to be studied; ( 3) for the development of the detection equipment,the key equipment based on the new techniques of ground-penetrating radar,optical fiber sensing,endoscopic inspection robot,etc. is necessary to be emphatically developed; ( 4) for the health maintenance and intelligent management of pipeline network,the zoning method for those regions of independent measurement within complicated pipeline network and the techniques for health evaluation and optimal maintenance of pipeline network are necessary to be studied as well.
