摘    要:为减轻重力坝设计中的人工计算工作量,提升设计效率,提出了一种基于CATIA二次开发的重力坝三维参数化设计方法,以实现高效快速设计重力坝的过程。通过非溢流坝段的剖面拟定、抗滑稳定及应力分析、CATIA自动三维建模、快速出图、网格自动剖分、ANSYS有限元计算、及定制CATIA的"重力坝辅助设计"功能模块,运用该方法对国内某水利工程的重力坝实例进行了设计与分析,应用本程序所得结果与理论值一致,证明本程序可靠性好;所用程序耗时远低于人工费时,说明其能提高工作效率。通过工程实例验证了此方法的可行性,虽然该方法的研究对象是非溢流坝段,但该方法同样可以应用于溢流坝段及其他坝型,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to reduce manual calculation effort in gravity dam design,promote design efficiency,this paper proposes a 3d parametric design method of gravity dam based on CATIA two development,to realize the design of gravity dam efficiently and rapidly. Through the profile of the non overflow dam section,the anti sliding stability and stress analysis,CATIA automatic three-dimensional modeling,fast drawing,automatic mesh generation and ANSYS finite element calculation,finally“gravity aided design”function module customized for CATIA. Also the method is applied to the design and analysis of a gravity dam project,the results of the application are consistent with the theoretical value,proved the program is reliable; and the program time is far lower than that of artificial time-consuming,which prove that the program can improve the work efficiency. The feasibility of this method is verified by engineering example,although the research object of this method is non-overflow dam section,but the method also can be used for overflow dam section,and other type of dam or other component,so this method has a certain promotion value
