无黏结环锚预应力混凝土衬砌张拉工艺研究

摘    要:依托吉林省中部城市引松供水工程无黏结环锚预应力混凝土衬砌现场原位试验,对预应力衬砌张拉工艺进行了优化研究,提出了以单个衬砌浇筑块中部锚具槽为起点,两排锚具槽同时向两端进行张拉的张拉顺序,并根据张拉试验总结了4个张拉质量控制指标。现场张拉试验表明:优化后的张拉工艺与小浪底排沙洞工程相比,张拉效率得到了大幅提高,具有较大的经济效益。4个张拉质量控制指标不仅可以保证张拉质量,而且指标均可量化,实际操作简便易行,可为引松供水工程环锚衬砌后续施工及今后类似工程提供重要参考。

Abstract:Based on the in-situ test of the pre-stressed concrete lining with unbonded annular anchor for Songhua River Water Conveyance Project for the cities in the central part of Jilin Province,the tensioning technology of pre-stressed lining is studied for its optimization,and then the tensioning sequence,i. e. taking the anchorage slots at the mid-part of single lining concrete placementblock as the starting points,from which tensionings are made to both the ends for two rows of anchorage slots at the same time,is put forward herein. Moreover,four tensioning quality control indexes are summarized according to the tensioning testas well. The in-situ test shows that the tensioning efficiency of the optimized tensioning technology is greatly improved with larger economic benefit if compared with that for the construction of the desilting tunnel for Xiaolangdi Water Control Project. The four tensioning quality control indexes can not only ensure the tensioning quality,but all of them can also be quantitized,which are convenient and practical and can provide important references for the succeeding construction of the pre-stressed concrete lining with unbonded annular anchor for Songhua River Water Conveyance Project and the similar project in the days to come.
