摘    要:简要对比了GB 4915—2013和GB 4915—2004,显然GB 4915—2013的颗粒物排放限值比老标准提高了40%;并全面分析了水泥厂的粉尘特性和废气特点。在此基础上,详细介绍了收尘系统设计的工艺参数确定和滤料选择,并进行了三条5000t/d熟料生产线的收尘系统设计概况介绍。

Abstract:GB 4915-2013 and GB 4915-2004 were compared briefly, and obviously, the particle emission limit value of GB 4915-2014 is higher than that of GB 4915-2004 at 40%. And characteristics of the dust and exhaust gas were analysed roundly, on that basis, the process paramenters and filter materila of dust collecting system were introduced in detail, and the dust collecting systems of three 5 000 t/d clinker production lines were introduced.
