助剂在焦化蜡油糠醛精制过程中的作用

为了改善糠醛溶剂在精制焦化蜡油时的溶解能力及选择性,选取两种助剂(A、B),考察糠醛中加入助剂对精制油收率及脱碱氮的影响,根据工业操作条件,选取操作温度为60℃。在实验室做单段抽提实验,重点考察了溶剂组成和剂油体积比对精制油收率和质量的影响,同时测量抽出油残炭作为参考。结果表明,加入助剂A后,在小剂油体积比下能够使糠醛抽提的精制油收率得到提高、脱氮效果显著加强,在剂油体积比为0.5、助剂的质量分数为4％时,精制油收率和脱碱氮率较纯糠醛分别提高了3.86％,9.10％;助剂B在大的剂油体积比下效果较好,尤其对改善糠醛的脱碱氮能力有较强的作用。

Effect of Assistants in Refining Coker Gas Oil by Furfural

In order to improving the furfural's solubility and selectivity in refining the coker gas oil, two kinds of assistants(A, B) were chosen to investigate the effects on yield of the refined oil and removal ratio of the basic nitrogen. Base on the industrial operation condition, 60℃ was chosen as extraction temperature and made the intermittent test in laboratory. The effect of solvent constitution, volume ratio of solvent and oil on the yield and quality of refined oil were investigated. At the same time the carbon residue of extract was measured as reference. The results show that the yield of refined oil increases considerably and the removal ratio of the basic nitrogen enhances greatly after adding the assistant A under the small volume ratio of solvent and oil, when the ratio is 0. 5, adding 4% of assistant into solvent, the yield of refined oil and the removal ratio of the basic nitrogen increase by 3. 86 percent and 9. 10 percent respectively. In contrast the assistant B has good effects under the high volume ratio of solvent and oil, especially has stronger effects on the ability of the removal of basic nitrogen compound.
