摘    要:本试验对不同贮藏保鲜处理的果蔗品质的变化进行研究,结果表明,采用低温贮藏可有效地防止果蔗品质劣变,真空包装去皮果蔗能延长其保质期。

Abstract:The change of the quality of fruit cane during storage, and the preservative effect of different treatments on peeled fruit cane were studied in this paper. The result showed that the low temperature storage can prevent the quality change of the fruit cane effectively, and the vacuum-packed one can store a prolonged time.
