摘    要:会展经济是城市经济发展中的新兴动力。上下游会展企业构建了会展产业链,会展产业链的效率直接影响会展企业的竞争力。通过问卷调查的方式,采用计量模型定量分析了会展产业链相关因素。实证研究表明:企业认知资本、探索性学习资本、企业发展资本和企业人力资本变量与会展产业链核心竞争力存在着正相关关系;会展企业的合作频率与合作企业抱着共赢的心态、有共同语言能够有效沟通、关注会展企业现有项目的市场、高层管理者具备完备的知识结构、高层管理对会展创新活动的支持和参与等因素存在着正相关的关系。为此,在核心竞争力的构建上,会展企业应该关注产业链上相关因素的正相关作用。

Abstract:The exhibition economy is an emerging force in the urban economic development. The upstream and downstream exhibition enterprises constitute exhibition industry chain whose efficiency has a direct impact on the competitiveness of the exhibition enterprises. By means of the questionnaire survey and adopting econometric model, a quantitative analysis of some relevant factors in exhibition industry chain was conducted. The empirical researches show that: Firstly, there are some positive correlations between the core competitiveness of exhibition industry chain and the enterprise cognitive capital and the exploratory learning capital and the enterprise development capital and the enterprise human capital variables. Secondly, there are some positive correlations between the exhibition enterprises cooperation frequency and some relevant factors of exhibition enterprise such as its win-win mentality, having something in common to communicate effectively, showing concerns for the existing project markets, the complete knowledge structure of senior managers, and the support for the exhibition innovation activity from top management. Therefore, to build up the core competitiveness of exhibition enterprises,the main concerns should be the positive correlations showed from some relevant factors in exhibition industry chain.
