硼硅改性对酚醛泡沫耐高温性能的影响

摘    要:使用硼酸和硅溶胶,通过控制体系的pH,合成了可发泡的硼硅改性酚醛树脂,并制备出硼硅改性酚醛泡沫。经测试表明,该材料具有良好的耐高温性能,其长期使用温度可达230℃,热分解温度为500℃,800℃时热失重率仅为55%。同时研究了pH对硼硅改性酚醛树脂的可发性和稳定性的影响,结果表明,控制体系pH=6.5~7.5为宜。

Abstract:Foaming boron-silicon denatured phenolic resin was synthesized by using boric acid and silicon sol and controlling the pH of the system. The results indicated that this material exhibited excellent heat resistance, its long-term using temperature reached 230 ℃, and its temperature of heat decomposition was 500 ℃ ,mass loss was 55% at 800 ℃. Meanwhile, the influence of the pH on foamability and stability of boron-silicon denatured phenolic resin was studied. The test results indicated that pH range of the system from 6.5 to 7.5 was appropriate.
