摘    要:赣江中下游地区是江西省社会经济发达的地区,水资源相对较丰富,但时空分布不均匀,在枯水季节,赣江中下游各地区、各部门用水量大,水资源供需矛盾凸现.为预防和应对水资源紧缺时期的水危机,保障赣江中下游地区用水安全,对赣江中下游枯水期水量应急调度预案进行了研究,确定了应急调度的原则、范围及启动条件,制定了水量应急调度预案,为赣江流域的水量应急调度提供了科学依据.

Abstract:The middle and lower reaches of Ganjiang River is an economically developed area in Jiangxi Province. Although with relatively abundant water resources in the area,it is unevenly distributed in time and space. In dry season,the water demand in various areas and various departments is large in quantity,so the contradiction between water supply and demand appears. In order to avoid water crisis and ensure water use safety during the period of water scarcity,the study of water resources regulation plan during dry period is conducted in the middle and lower reaches of Ganjiang River. The concept,method and planning framework of the water regulation for the areas mentioned above are put forward herein,and water regulation plan is obtained,which will provide a scientific basis for the water management and regulation during the dry season in Ganjiang River basin.
