摘    要:平班水电站调速器油压系统近年来工作故障频发,直接影响到水轮发电机组的安全与稳定运行,为了避免该事故的进一步扩大及可能带来的严重后果,对调速器油压系统改造进行了深入研究.通过对水电站调速器油压系统现状的分析,指出了调速器油压系统目前存在的主要问题,决定了采用增设机组备用事故油罐的方法,提出了3台机组共用一套事故油源的方案,并就此方案进行了可行性论证和初步设计.该设计方案在实际运行中已被采用,降低了油压系统事故发生率.

Abstract:The operating fault of governor oil pressure system in Pingban Hydropower Station occurs frequently in recent years,which affects the security and stability of operation of turbine generator set directly. In order to avoid further expansion of the incidents and thus bringing serious consequences,this paper conducts a research on transformation scheme of governor oil pressure system. Through analyzing the existing state of the governor oil pressure system in hydropower station,we point out the main problems of governor oil pressure system,decide on the method of adding standby accidents to unit oilcan,and propose that the program of three units share a set of emergency oil source. A study on the feasibility of this program was conducted,and a preliminary transformation scheme was developed. The design scheme has been used in the actual operation of the hydraulic system,which greatly reduced the accident rate.
