抗共振可靠性全概率设计法研究

摘    要:运用常规振动设计理论和可靠性相干理论,建立了抗共振可靠性全概率法数学模型,并用数值积分法求解,推导出抗共振可靠性工作频率、临界频率相干的5种类型分布10种不同组合的可靠度计算表达式,建立起抗共振可靠性全概率设计法的新理论。该理论证明在低可靠度时分布类型的影响不大,而在高可靠度时不同分布类型下的影响相差悬殊。在设计时必须注意选择分布类型,才能使计算更加符合实际。

Abstract:A mathematical model of complete probability design method of antiresonace is established based on conventional vibration design theory and reliability inferference theory.Equations of calculating reliability of 5 distribution types of 10 different combinations concerning working frequency and critical frequency inferference of antiresonance were derived from numerical integration solution.The theory verifies that the influence of distribution type is less in low reliability,while the influence is very clear in high reliability.Care must be taken to choose distribution type in designing to make the calculation more conform of reality.
