摘    要:针对川西深层须家河组气藏钻井速度慢、钻井周期长的现状,从钻遇地层的地质特征入手,分析目前川西深井普遍采用的井身结构,钻井参数和钻井新技术的应用情况,总结了钻速慢的原因。通过优化井身结构,强化钻井参数,采用螺杆+PDC复合钻进工艺技术,引进欠平衡和垂直钻井工艺技术,推广使用PDC钻头等方式来提高机械钻速,现场使用多口井证明,这些技术措施较大幅度地提高了钻井效率,值得进一步推广应用。

Abstract:At present, the drilling speed in the deep gas reservoir of Xujiahe group in West Sichuan basin is slow and the drilling period is long. Based on the geology characteristic of the strata in west Sichuan, this paper analyzed the casing program commonly used in deep wells presently, the application of the drilling parameter and new drilling technology, and summarized the reasons about slow drilling speed. Through such measures as optimizing the casing program, enhancing the drilling parameter, adopting the compound drilling technology of screw + PDC, introducing into the underbalance and vertical drilling techniques, and using PDC bit, the penetration rate is enhanced. Field application in many wells proves that these measures can greatly improve the drilling efficiency and are worth popularizing and applying.
