微机控制多功能脉冲TIG焊逆变电源的研究

摘    要:采用MCS-51单片机控制半桥式逆变焊机,实现手工电弧焊、TIG焊、脉冲TIG焊等多种,研究表明,此焊机较好地实现了外特性,劝特性及调节性能的控制,具有控制灵活,可靠性高等特点。

Abstract:An inverter power source controlled by MCS-51 single chip microcomputer is developed. It can meet the requirements of manual arc welding, TIG welding and pulsed TIG welding. The results show that different external characteristics, excellent dynamic characteristic and precise modification of welding parameters are realized. The system achieves flexible control and high reliability.
