| 摘 要： | 针对冷轧轧制后板面状况，建立了检测板面残留物总量和残留物中铁含量的测试方法，探讨了铁含量对镀锌板表面质量、附着力和浸润性的影响。研究结果对轧机乳化液的控制和后序工艺的质量控制有很好的指导作用。
