| 摘 要： | 计算和分析了具有应变层结构的量子阱激光器的温度场分布，首次给出了具有马鞍状 度分布的三维图形，以及温度分布对诸特性的影响，结果表明，理论计算结果与实验测量结果相符合。

| Abstract: | The thermosfield profile in the quantum well lasers with strain layer is calculated analyzed.The saddlelike 3D graph of temperature profile and its influence on the characters of the lasers are given out for the first time.The theory results are accord with the practical results measured with the lasers we designed and manufactured,and with the reported results of real devices as well. |
