短纤用25 dtex中空聚乳酸初生纤维生产工艺探讨

摘    要:以聚乳酸为原料,生产短纤用25 dtex中空聚乳酸(PLA)初生纤维,探讨了其生产工艺。结果表明:选择纺丝速度1 400m/min,结晶温度110℃,干燥温度150℃,箱体温度280℃,侧吹风速度0.8 m/s,单体抽吸2 000 r/min,油轮转速20 r/min,喂入轮间隙472 mm的生产工艺时,可以生产出品质优良、适合后道工序加工的初生纤维。

Abstract:Using Polylactide(PLA) polymer as raw material,25dtex hollow Polylactide(PLA) as-spun fiber used for staple was produced.The production processes was discussecd.The results showed that the excellent quality and suitable for the afterprocessing manufacture as-spun fiber can be produced when the processes are as below:spinning speed 1 400 m/min,crystallization temperature 110 ℃,drying temperature 150 ℃,spinning manifold temperature 280 ℃,quench air speed 0.8 m/s,auxillary quench 2 000 r/min,oil roller speed 20 r/min and feed rotor gap 472 mm.
