纳米Pb薄膜的球化及合并长大过程

摘    要:利用透射电子显微镜原位观察技术对纳米Pb薄膜在电子束辐照下的形态变化过程进行了细致的观察研究。结果表明,形态不稳定的纳米Pb薄膜,发生球化转变:转化后的Pb颗粒具有很好的可动性;颗粒的随机运动和碰撞导致颗粒之间的合并长大。Pb颗粒的合并长大速率与Pb颗粒的平均尺寸和碰撞频率有关。从热力学角度对纳米Pb膜球化和Pb颗粒团聚长大的机制进行了探讨。

Abstract:The morphological instability of nanometer Pb film under electron beam irradiation was investigated using in situ transmission electron microscopy. The morphological instability is characterized by spheroidization of Pb film and coalescence of Pb particles. The Pb particles have good mobility on the Al supporting film. The movement and collision of particles lead to the coalescence growth. The growth rate of coalescence is related to the size of particles and collision frequency. The mechanism of spheroidization and coalescence was discussed.
