摘    要:通过铣削 0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢的切削试验 ,对两种硬质合金面铣刀的切削寿命、卷屑和分屑效果、对工艺系统的动态影响等切削性能进行了分析研究 ,结果表明两种面铣刀在不同切削条件下具有不同的切削性能 ,分别适用于粗铣和半精铣加工

Abstract:Through a cutting experiment of milling 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel, some cutting performances of two kinds of carbide face milling cutters such as tool life, effectiveness of chip forming and dividing and dynamic effect of process system are analyzed and investigated. The results indicate that different cutting performances of two kinds of face milling cutters are appeared under different cutting conditions, so they are applicable separately for rough mill and half finish mill.
