| Abstract: | On the basis of analysing the present situation of technology periodical editors' capabilities, it is pointed out that advancing technology periodical editors' English proficiency and skill, the capability of modernization manipulation and message obtaing are of utmost importance. It is necessary that they adapt themselves to periodical internationalization. Moreover, methods for improving the skills are summarized. |
