| 摘 要： | 利用MINITAB15软件进行质量控制图的绘制。通过建立质量控制图分析了砂轮中的磨片成品的质量控制结果。主要介绍了平均值-标准差控制图和p控制图在磨片产品中的应用,从而控制生产过程中产品的质量,并能够提供异常值的有关信息,使生产过程及质量指标维持在所要求的水平,为砂轮产品质量控制提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Quality control diagrams were drawn using MINITAB 15 software and used to analyze the quality control results in grinding disk production.The author mainly explains the functions of mean value-standard deviation diagrams and p control diagrams,which are aimed to control the product quality during production and provide relevant information of abnormalities so as to keep the production process and product quality to the required level. |
