基于企业信息化背景下的财务管控模式探讨

现阶段,电子计算机数据处理技术已经在财务核算中得到了广泛应用,对于提高会计核算工作效率和工作质量发挥了重要作用。然而随着信息技术在企业中的普及,对企业的管理模式、生产方式及作业流程等也产生了巨大冲击,因此企业要想借助信息化这趟列车获得更进一步的发展,就必须对财务掌控模式进行全面创新,趋利避害。本文对信息化背景下企业财务掌控模式面临的挑战进行了探讨,并尝试探索完善财务控制的方法。
