基于CPLD的带电子快门功能线阵CCD驱动电路设计

摘    要:分析东芝公司TCD1304AP型线阵CCD工作原理,针对精密测量领域中测量精度与测量速度的矛盾,提出一种基于CPLD技术的带电子快门功能线阵CCD驱动电路的设计方案。仿真结果表明,该方案有精度高、速度快、实时在线检测等优点。

Abstract:Working principle of TOSHIBA TCD1304AP linear CCD is analyzed.In the light of contradiction between measuring precision and measuring speed in the field of precision measurement,a kind of driving circuit of linear CCD with electronic shutler function,which is based on CPLD technique,is designed.Simulation results show that the scheme has advantages of high precision,fast speed,real-time online detection,etc.
