关于企业加强廉政文化建设的思考

廉政文化是关于廉政的知识、信仰、规范、价值观等人的行为方式与社会评价的总和。在价值取向上,要着力解决权力观、地位观、利益观等"三观"问题;在生活方式上,要积极应对中西文化相互激荡、市场经济负面效应和传统文化消极因素的"三大挑战";在行为方式上,要养成清白清正的习惯;在社会评价上,要倡导"尊廉崇清"的风尚。

Reflections on Enhancing Honest-and-clean Government Cultural Construction in Enterprises

Clean-and-honest government culture consists of people's behavior and social judgment on clean-and-honest government including relevant knowledge,belief,code and value conception.In items of value orientation,we should make an effort to clarify the "three values' including power value,position value and interest value.In items of lifestyle,we should take active actions to deal with the 'three challenges" including culture conflict between China and Occidental countries,negative effect of the market economy and negative influence of the traditional Chinese culture.In terms of behavior,we should be accustomed to integrity.In items of social judgment,we should establish the atmosphere of "respecting honesty and honoring integrity".
