摘    要:利用功率运算放大器设计了一种工作于400Hz的精密大电流测试用线性电流源。电路采用电压控制电流源的基本拓扑形式,采用多个运算放大器并联的形式获得大电流输出。主放大器添加了必要的相位补偿反馈环节,确保电路稳定工作于阻性和感性负载的情况。对从放大器添加噪声补偿,确保从放大器的稳定工作。最终实验结果表明,在普通散热条件下,该设计能够获得稳定的大于7A的400Hz的正弦大电流输出。

A Design of High Precision Large Current Power Source
Abstract:A new type of linear and high precision large current power source for testing application is introduced based on power operational amplifiers. The Voltage-Controlled-Current-Source is adopted as the basic circuit topology, and multiple amplifiers are patrolled to provide large current output. The necessary compensating feedback is introduced to master amplifier to ensure the stability of the circuit both in resistive and inductive load conditions. Noisy compensating circuit is also introduced to the slave amplifiers for their working stability. The final experiment result indicates this design circuit can provide the sinusoidal current output larger than 7 A.
