摘    要:本文报道了用硫代氨基脲与乙酸在盐酸、磷酸、多聚磷酸、硫酸等催化下,合成5-甲基-2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑,并对工艺条件进行了试验,结果表明,最佳工艺条件为硫代氨基脲与乙酸的摩尔比为1:14,浓盐酸催化,回流3小时,产率为74.34%。

Abstract:2 - Ammo - 5 - methyl -1,3,4- thiodiazole was synthesized from aminothiourea and acetic acid in the presence of either hydrochloric acid or phosphoric acid or polyphosphoric acid or sulphuric acid as catalyst. The optimum conditions were found to be; molecular ratio of aminothiourea to acetic acid was 1:1.4; reflux time 3h.; hydrochloric acid being the catalyst. The yield was 74.34%.
