液黏调速绞车的PLC控制方法研究

摘    要:以液黏调速装置为基础,配以可编程序控制器进行控制,利用高级单元数字化给定代替传统的机械式给定。按给定速度图,采用PID高级单元,构成转速、电流PI调节器,实现双闭环调速控制,介绍了所选PLC机的各高级单元的使用及设定,给出程序设计流程图。

Abstract:The design was based on liquid - viscosity speed governor. The designer combined it with program - controller, and utilized high - unit to realize digitization speed given instead of traditional machine given. On basis of speed chart, the designer used PID units to achieve double closed- loop control by making up speed and current regulator. And realized automatic control for mining AC elevator. The flow diagram and the program were designed.
