精铸热锻模具的成型方法及应用

摘    要:回顾了精铸热锻模具成型方法的发展,简述了铸造模具的成型方法,并对比了各自的优缺点,热固性树脂砂型铸造法和V法铸造被认为适合于模具的成型。指出了精铸热锻模具制造中存在的成型问题,并提出了建议。

Abstract:The application status of cast technologies for hot-forging die is reviewed.The cast technologies of dies are briefly introduced with comparison of their merits and demerits.The thermosetting sand cast and V method cast are revealed to be suitable for fabrication of hot-forging dies.The problems in cast technologies of hot-forging dies are pointed out and suggestions are presented.
