定子开口槽感应电机空载损耗分析

摘    要:论述感应电机空载损耗产生的原因,重点对电机的表面损耗和脉振损耗进行了分析,并对电机定子采用半闭口槽和开口槽两种情况下的转子表面损耗和脉振损耗增加倍数进行了计算。最后结合工程实践经验,对定子开口槽感应电机的设计提出了一些有益的建议。

Abstract:Cause to produce no-load loss of the induction motor was described, focusing upon analysis on surface loss and impulse vibration loss of the motor. Calculation on the increased times of the surface loss and impulse vibration loss on the motor rotor under the condition of employing the semi-close slot or open-slot stators respectively was conducted. Finally, some helpful suggestions to the open-slot stator motor design was put forward.
