| Abstract: | The synthesis of N-substituted 4,5(3)-diphenyl-3(5)-pyrazoleamines by reaction of N-substituted 3-oxo-2,3-diphenylpropane-carbothioamides with hydrazine is described. Some compounds showed remarkable antipyretic, antiarrhythmic and hypotensive activity in rats, as well as weak antiinflammatory, analgesic and in vitro platelet antiaggregating activity. |
