汽轮机叶片的断裂分析

叶片断裂的原因分析有时很明了,有时也很复杂。有时仅从叶片本身分析就可找到原因,有时得到需要通过对机组和叶片的整个设计及运行情况综合分析。本文通过对带给水泵高转速的小汽轮机设计运行情况,以及失效叶片的性能等综合分析,得出了可信的叶片失效原因,并提出了预防及改进措施。供制造厂及电厂借鉴。

Analysis on Failure Blade of Steam Turbine

The reason of steam turbine blade failure is sometimes easy to be found,but is not easily found in some other occasions. The reason can be seen by the blade itself, or by the comprehensive analysis of the design and operation records of the blade and unit. This paper gives the blade failure reason and provides precautions based on comprehensive analysis of material performance of blade failure during operation of high speed small turbine which carries feed water pumps.
