动平衡转子的分类及其应用

介绍了根据动平衡转子不平衡状态随转速变化的特征对转子类型的划分，并结合几根典型的转子实例，说明了该种分类方法在实际动平衡过程中的应用。该种分类特征明显，它不仅有利于判定转子设计、制造、加工、安装过程中所存在的不足或缺陷，而且对平衡工作者合理地选择平衡转速、平衡平面及平衡手段，提高动平衡效率也具有一定的参考价值。

Classification and Application of Rotors in Dynamic Balance

This paper presents the classification of the rotors according to unbalance state's characteristics of rotors that change with rotor speed, and illustrates the applications of the classification method in the dynamic balance process via several typical rotor balance examples. Because of the obvious characteristics,it is useful to judge the disadvantages and defects in design, production, machining and assembly of rotors, and it is helpful for pelple to choose balance speed, balance plane and balance method to increase the efficiency of dynamic balance.
