超音速火焰喷涂涂层耐泥浆冲蚀性研究

摘    要:为了提高钢体PDC钻头钻头体的使用寿命,采用超音速火焰喷涂技术分别制备了WC-Co和Ni60两种涂层,对涂层的组织、显微硬度和耐泥浆冲蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,涂层气孔夹杂越少、致密性越高、涂层中硬质颗粒越细小,分布越均匀,则涂层的显微硬度越高,抗泥浆冲蚀能力越高。在泥浆的冲蚀下,钻头体的失效是由于微切削和冲击疲劳的共同作用造成的,涂层的失效则是由于涂层中的软质相在微切削和冲击疲劳的共同作用下首先被破坏,使硬质相裸露,进而导致硬质相脱落。在本试验的试验条件下,WC-Co涂层的耐泥浆冲蚀性能优于Ni60涂层,使PDC钻头钻头体的耐泥浆冲蚀性提高了5倍以上。

Abstract:The coating produced by High Velocity Oxy-fuel(HVOF) can be used in surface hardening of steel PDC drill and to improve the service life of the drill.Compared with Ni60 coating,WC-Co coating is better in slurry erosion resistance which is more than five times of the base material.Higher micro-hardness of the coating,more compact of coating,fewer air hole,smaller hard grain and evener distribution are beneficial to the improvement of anti-erosion.The slurry erosion mechanism of compound material is the joint effect of low-grade cutting and striking fatigue.The slurry erosion procedure of compound coating is that the soft phase fails from the low-grade cutting and striking fatigue,then hard phase loses the protection of the base,and breaks away from the base.
