棕榈油大豆油为原料调和油冷冻性能研究

摘    要:对碘值60棕榈油与大豆油调和而成调和油在0℃、10℃、20℃三种温度条件下进行冷冻性能研究。在0℃情况下,即使棕榈油含量仅10%,也会很快混浊和结冻;在10℃情况下,含20%棕榈油的棕榈油大豆油调和油可保持15天以上澄清透明;在20℃情况下,含40%棕榈油的棕榈油大豆油调和油可保持25天以上而澄清透明。

Abstract:This paper studies on the freezing properties of blend oil prepared by the palm oil with inodine value 60 and soy bean oil at 0℃,10℃,20℃respectively.The blended oil will be concreting soon at 0℃even if the palm oil just taking 10 percent part,and the blended oil containing 20 percent of the palm oil would maintain clear and transparent over fifteen days at 10℃comparatively.In addition,the oil blended with 40 percent palm oil would maintain clear and transparent at 20℃over twenty five days in the experiment.
