棕榈油大豆油为原料调和油冷冻性能研究

对碘值60棕榈油与大豆油调和而成调和油在0℃、10℃、20℃三种温度条件下进行冷冻性能研究。在0℃情况下,即使棕榈油含量仅10%,也会很快混浊和结冻;在10℃情况下,含20%棕榈油的棕榈油大豆油调和油可保持15天以上澄清透明;在20℃情况下,含40%棕榈油的棕榈油大豆油调和油可保持25天以上而澄清透明。

Study on freezing properties of blended oil of palm oil and soybean oil

This paper studies on the freezing properties of blend oil prepared by the palm oil with inodine value 60 and soy bean oil at 0℃,10℃,20℃respectively.The blended oil will be concreting soon at 0℃even if the palm oil just taking 10 percent part,and the blended oil containing 20 percent of the palm oil would maintain clear and transparent over fifteen days at 10℃comparatively.In addition,the oil blended with 40 percent palm oil would maintain clear and transparent at 20℃over twenty five days in the experiment.
