基于M-BUS的矿用超声波明渠流量计设计

摘    要:为实时监控明渠流量,有效预防矿井水害的发生,采用无喉道槽和非接触测量的超声波智能流量传感器测量明渠流量,既给出了明渠实时流量与水头高度之间的关系,减少了淤积的泥沙对测量的影响,又提高了流量测量装置的稳定性。实验表明,超声波无喉道槽流量计的不确定度低于4%,符合国家的相关标准。

Abstract:In order to real-time control the open channel flow rate,effectively prevent the coal mine water trouble,using cut throat flume and none-touch measuring ultrasonic wave intelligent flow rate sensor to test the open channel flow rate.It shows the relationship between open channel real flow rate and water head height,as well as reduces the influence of sediment deposition to measuring,and also improves the stability of flow measuring device.The experiment showed that the uncertainty of ultrasonic wave cut thr...
