顶管掘进机自动导向系统设计

摘    要:为减低工作人员的劳动强度,提高生产效率,提升顶管掘进机施工技术的科技含量,使其性能更加优越,基于激光传感技术,以二次开发的组态监控系统为操作平台,采用PLC可编程逻辑控制器编制程序,设计顶管掘进机自动导向系统。实际试运行表明,该自动导向系统取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In order to reduce the workers' labor strength,improve production efficiency and improve the construction technology of push pipe driving machine,which makes the machine operate better,based on laser sensor technology,using PLC(Programmable Logical Controller) to design push pipe driving machine automatic guiding system,which taking the second developed configuration control system as the operation platform.The practical testing operation showed that this automation guiding system has gained good effect.
