| 摘 要： | 概述了首钢第三炼钢厂原用扒渣机存在的问题；介绍了现阶段铁液新型捞渣机的主要技术特性和使用情况；分析了捞渣机在使用中的各项指标和存在的问题。捞渣机与扒渣机使用情况对比表明，捞渣机的捞渣量、渣中铁损、回硫等指标均优于原扒渣机。

| Abstract: | This article mentions about the existing problems of the old slagging off machine in No.3 steel-making factory of Shougang;introduces the main characters and application situation of the new slag dragging machine and analyzes various indexes and existing problems in use.Through comparing the service condition between the original machine and the new one,it shows that the index of new machine is better than the old one in three aspects;quantity of slag,iron loss in slag and resulphurization. |
