| 摘 要： | 首先对旧新闻纸漂白脱墨浆(BDIP)中溶解与胶体物质(DCS)的组分进行了分析,研究了DCS及其不同组分的模型物对漂白脱墨浆滤水性能的影响。结果表明,BDIP中DCS的主要组分包括木素类物质、脂肪酸和树脂酸以及各种糖类和糖醛酸,如十六酸、9,12-亚油酸、9-油酸、十八酸和海松酸、异海松酸、脱氢枞酸、枞酸以及葡萄糖醛酸和半乳糖醛酸等。DCS的加入能够降低BDIP的滤水性能。当其加入量为总体积的40%时,脱墨浆滤水速率的下降超过37%。PEI的加入能够改善脱墨浆的滤水性能。果胶、木素、脂肪酸和松香酸的加入导致脱墨浆的滤水速度下降,其中主要影响因素是它们本身的电荷密度。

| Abstract: | The components of dissolved and colloidal substances released from bleached deinked pulp and their effect on the drainage were studied. The results showed that the main components were lignin-related substances, fatty acids and resin acids, sugars and uronic acids. The drainage property was impaired by the addition of DCS.
