摘    要:由于弹丸的杀伤能力与其破片动能有直接的关系,因此,采用弹丸破片在定距离处平均击靶速度(破片存速)比采用破片平均飞散速度衡量破片杀伤能力更为准确,也更具有实际意义。在此概念基础上,本文设计了一种新的破片测速方法。利用破片穿入预置阻尼块发生侵彻现象时其侵彻深度与撞击速度的函数关系,采用现代传感器技术及数据采集处理技术,测量出破片侵彻深度,从而准确测定破片击靶速度与分布,为弹丸破片杀伤能力的评估提供了一种新的思路与方法。

Abstract:Because of the antipersonal capability of bullet has direct relation with motive energy of fragments, adopting average colliding velocity of fragment in a distance is more accurate and more significant than using average stray flight velocity for evaluating the antipersonal capabilityoffragments. Based on the concept, this paper sets up a new method of measuring fragments velocity. According to the functional relation between embedded depth and velocity of colliding target when fragments drill into the damped block and causes embedded appearance, the embedded depth can be measured out and so as the velocity and scatter of the colliding fragments by using technique of modern sensor and data processing. And so that a new idea and method for evaluating the antipersonal capability of fragments can be provideed.
